The workshop run by Biogenome in collaboration with IMERI and Euformatics entitled "Cancer Genomics: Automated NGS Analysis" is an event aimed at understanding the genetics of cancer using Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) analysis technology. Through a series of presentations and practical sessions, workshop participants were introduced to the latest algorithms and software from Euformatics that enable efficient processing of NGS data. Dr. Cristophe Roos who is the co-founder of Euformatics attended online as a speaker and guide in this workshop. In addition to this event Dr. Sonar Soni Panigoro also attended as a speaker. With the workshop, it is hoped that participants will be able to implement their new knowledge and skills in research and clinical practice.
